“HEART’S SONG” Worship Band
“HEART’S SONG” is a group of Christian musicians dedicated to use their God-given talents and abilities to lead others in the presence of God to worship Him. Our mission verse is Psalm 40:3 “He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in Him.”
We take the Word of God serious when Paul wrote in Ephesians 5:19 “Singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, and making music to the Lord in your hearts.” The Bible reveals to us that when the Lord is approached by His people, they are always ushered into His presence by the Levites (who are the musicians) who lead them in. Even when God sends the Israel nation into battle, they enter with songs of Praise.
As we have analyzed different type of songs and music aimed to worship God, whether Hymns, Spiritual Song, Contemporary Christian or Choruses, they all fall into two general categories. They are either songs of ADORATION (which speaks to our love, respect, devotion and hunger to know Jesus more), or the others are songs of EXALTATION (which lifts up praise to exalt Him for who HE is. Our Heavenly Father, Savior Son and Divine Holy Spirit. He is worthy of our Praise and our ALL!
