About R.P.M. Ministries – It was founded by Pastor Bob Pirylis on June of 2022, after he felt God leading him to retire from Church Of The Good Samaritans in Holland, Pa. where he served as their pastor for 14 and a half years. The Holy Spirit was giving him guidance as how he could continue to reach out to those following his ministry on-line and in local community, urban and national missions of sharing the “Good News of Jesus Christ in the world.
Bob trusted in Christ to be his Lord and Savior in 1980, after his seeing God’s power through the healing of his 4 year old son. After doctors had tried everything they could to correct the damage and infection caused by a bone eating tumor, Bob call on God for help. He prayed that the Lord would take his life and in place of his son’s life. That night Jesus “Showed Up”. God healed Michael and also took Bob’s life that night. The only difference was it was not in the way Bob thought. Instead of God taking his physical life and die for Him, the lord took his life to spiritually live for God.
Shortly afterward, He could feel the Lord leading him to ministry. Over the next 19 years god opened doors for him to serve as Youth Pastor at two churches. In 1996 Pastor Bob graduated from Philadelphia College of Bible with a Bachelor’s degree in Bible with an emphases in Youth, Pastoral and Counseling Ministries. After he graduated from PCB, he pursued additional studies at Biblical Theological Seminary in Hatfield, Pa. and Philadelphia Biblical Universities. Each time The Lord would move him, it was so obvious that it was the Lord moving him to something new. By the way things would come together it was clear that this was of divine design. In September of 2007, Jesus called Pastor Bob to shepherd the congregation at Church of the Good Samaritans in Holland, Pa. where He remained dedicated and faithful using God’s gifts to give spiritual guidance and pastoral care to His people. From that dark night in that hospital room with his sick son, Pastor Bob has been unwavering in his commitment to God’s calling. He believes that, because of what God did for us through His Son on Calvary’s Cross, there is nothing that should distract us or interfere with our love, devotion, dedication and thankfulness unto Jesus.
Our mission verse is Colossians 2:6-7 . . . “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in Him (7) rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught and overflowing with thankfulness.”
He and his wife Trish reside along the Delaware River in Delanco, New Jersey. They have three wonderful children who are walking with the Lord, and are married living close to their parents. They also have 7 beautiful grandchildren that continue to bring joy to their lives. God is so good!
